Exchanges and refunds
If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, it is possible to return it by completing this form within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for exchanges / refunds of online purchases:
Regular Price - Exchanges and refunds are eligible for 10 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Up to 40% off - Shop exchange or credit only.
50% off or more - Final Sale. These products are not eligible for return authorization.

Items must be returned in new condition and wear the original label.
Items that have been washed, worn, stained or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimsuits and pierced earrings are not refundable or exchangeable.

Please note that M2 Boardshop reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, worn or damaged.

All returns will be refunded once received at our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To proceed with an exchange, you will have to place a new online order for the correct replacement product. In this way, the replacement product will be reserved for you and shipped faster.

Delivery charges paid for the delivery of your order (purchase over the Internet) are not refundable.


Products purchased between November 15 and December 24 can be exchanged until January 14 online and in store with presentation of the invoice.


We accept bikinis or swimsuits if the panty protection sticker has not been removed to prove that the product has not been worn.


The customer is responsible for the immediate inspection of the products upon receipt. It is possible that the product may have been damaged during transport, be defective in its packaging or simply not be the right product ordered. If this is the case, the customer must absolutely contact customer support within 7 days of receipt of the package to inform them of the problem. We will then inform you of the procedure for the return or replacement.


The boots, boots and snowboard bindings must be returned in their original boxes in good condition, without post labels, stickers or adhesive tape glued directly on them. You must always protect the original boxes and pack them securely before returning them to us.

Additional restocking fees will be charged if the original box of a product is missing or returned to us damaged.

Return deadlines
Returns are processed from Monday to Friday. During peak periods - from December 1st to February 1st - the return process can take up to 5 business days.
